Do you want to find a job as a Welder?

Welder is one of the most in-demand and best paid "manual" jobs in the working world.

Why is it worthwhile to work as a Welder?

So many companies are always looking for welders. It is difficult to find quality, licensed welders, welders are scarce, and companies are forced to slow down production or source personnel from abroad at very high cost.

What are Companies looking for?

Companies are looking for licensed welders with excellent manual dexterity for production. That's why it's important to do a good Welder's Course: professional, practical and aimed at entering the working world.

What is the salary of a Welder?

The salary of a Welder, varies according to the various welding procedures he knows and the License he holds. In Italy on average a welder earns from €1800 to €3500 and even more in Europe.

What are the engineering sectors where the Welder finds work?

Energy, Chemical and Petrochemical, Refineries, Platforms, Naval, Railway, Pharmaceutical, Food, Plant Engineering, Construction, Carpentry Construction, Pipelines (aqueducts, oil pipelines, gas pipelines) Armed Forces.

How is our Welder Course conducted?

With our Welder's Course, you start with the basics: you begin by welding sheet metal and carpentry in simple positions. Next you move on to more complex positions: vertical and overhead. Finally you'll learn how to weld different thicknesses and materials .

Once you have mastered carpentry welding, you will move on to rotating piping on positioner and piping in place.

The ITAFORMA welder course is intensive 8 hours a day. You will train all the time with several Welding Instructors and Inspectors, who will follow you step by step while also explaining the Theory of Welding.

Our students/fellows are highly coveted by companies because they are able to weld in the most difficult positions: on their knees, lying on the floor, right- and left-handed.

THE ITAFORMA METHOD

The Welding Instructor explains and demonstrates how to make a weld. The trainee replicates it for several times until the Welding Inspector deems it to be of good quality. Once the technique is learned, the next steps are taken by changing different welding positions and materials until the entire course is completed.

THE Welding License
UNI EN ISO 9606

It is required by law and is required by most companies.

With our Welding Course you will receive a valid and internationally recognized Welding License according to UNI EN 9606 standards.

The Welding License is the most important certification a welder can aspire to; it is needed for job hunting, to participate in State or Armed Forces calls, and even to take jobs if you are self-employed.

The Welder's License or Welder's Patent if taken by a private individual is nominal and personal and if specially renewed is valid for life.

Today, the Welders License is required

It is the first thing companies ask for before hiring you; it is even required by law for many engineering sectors and types of production, such as refineries, petrochemical, construction, plant engineering, pharmaceutical and energy, shipbuilding, etc.

Welding Patent Validity

They are recognized only if they are issued by International Certification Bodies authorized by ACCREDIA, the Welder' s Patent is not to be confused with the various and of little value certificates of attendance, certificates of participation and patents in general issued by Schools, Private Technical Institutes or Companies or even worse simple private individuals. Our Welder Training Center, through the Welder's Course, prepares you to pass the Welding License exam issued by one of Europe's top Certification Bodies.

Welder Course Price

The price of Welding Courses depends on your goals:

If you start from 0 and then have to do the full Welding Course.

If you need a Welding License.

If you just need lessons to implement your skills

If you only need to take the Welding License exam because you are already a welder

Contact us and explain what your goals are so that together we can find the best solution for you!

TIG Welder Course

With issuance of the TIG Welding License UNI EN ISO 9606 - 1 141 and the U.S. GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) standard.

The TIG Welder Course teaches you how to TIG weld professionally. The TIG Welder is in high demand by Metalmechanical companies for the construction and assembly of chemical, energy, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food plants, for the construction of aqueducts, oil and gas pipelines, in refineries, platforms, etc.

TIG welding, is a high quality and precision welding, widely used for welding small thicknesses of carpentry and piping (all TIG) or for larger thicknesses for making the first TIG pass of the workpiece, in fact it is recommended to take the TIG course together with the Electrode course, so that both small and large thicknesses can be welded.

During our GTAW welding course you will learn how to weld in all positions on rotating and in-place carpentry and piping.

Electrode Welder Course

Electrode Welding with issuance of the SMAW / MMA License UNI EN ISO 9606 - 1 111

Electrode Welding is one of the most widely used, mainly because of the advantage of its versatility. In fact, it allows joints to be made in any position, welding in the shop or in confined and confined areas (e.g., double bottoms of ships, inside of equipment, internal parts of structures) and even, with some precautions, in outdoor areas of construction sites with drafts and rain.

Electrode welding is used to weld almost all ferrous and nonferrous metals. It is used in all areas of metalworking for the construction and assembly of chemical, energy, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food plants, for the construction of aqueducts, oil and gas pipelines, in refineries, platforms, etc.

During our Electrode Welding course, you will learn how to weld in all positions on rotating and in-place carpentry and piping.

CONTINUOUS WIRE Welder Course

Mig Mag Continuous Wire Welding, with UNI EN ISO 9606 - 1 135/136 License

Continuous Wire Welding represents one of the most applied welding processes, mainly because of the high productivity that is achieved due to the high currents and the large amount of material that can be deposited continuously and without interruption. Continuous Wire Welding is widely used in the construction of Ships, trains, planes, trucks, automobiles, bridges, silos, tanks, light-medium-heavy carpentry. During our course you will learn how to weld in all positions with Full and Animated Wire, you will weld flat, angle, front plane, vertical, overhead, full penetration, multi pass.
