Do you want to find a job as a Welder?
Welder is one of the most in-demand and best-paid "practical" jobs in the working world
Hundreds of companies in Italy and Europe are constantly looking for welders and not finding them. It is difficult for metalworking companies to find quality, licensed welders. There are few welders on the job market, so companies are forced to slow down production or source them abroad at very high cost. Italian and European companies are looking for welders who are already licensed and prepared for production; in fact, it is important to take a very professional Welding Course aimed at entering the workforce.
The salary of a Welder
The salary of a Welder, varies according to the various welding procedures he knows and the License he holds. In Italy on average a welder gets between €1800 and €3000, and more in Europe.
Find a Job through Welder Course
Most of our trainees who have become licensed welders find work within a month of finishing our welder course. The welder can find work in various engineering sectors: Energy, chemical and petrochemical, refineries, platforms, naval, railroad, pharmaceutical, food, plant engineering, construction, carpentry construction, piping (water, oil, gas pipelines) armed forces.
Our Welding School has become a point of reference for placement offices, employment agencies and companies that ask us for welders' contacts for job interviews and tests before hiring. After the welder course is over, we follow up welders with free services that actually help with the welder job search.
How our Welder Course is Conducted
With our Welder's Course, you will learn how to weld on sheet metal, plates, piping, etc., use different welding techniques, learn how to weld different materials and thicknesses, and know how to weld in different and difficult positions ( kneeling, lying on the floor, right and left handed, etc.). Only in this way will you achieve important results that enable you to make perfect welds.
Our Welder's Course is very practical, the theory, is explained by the Welding Instructor as you weld, the trainee already from the first hour has the flashlight in his hand and welds. The Welding Instructor explains and shows a weld, the student replicates it for several times until the Welding Inspector deems it to be of good quality and then, gives the Welding Instructor the go-ahead to explain and show other technique or material or welding position, and so on throughout the course.
Welding License
With our Welding Course you will receive a valid and internationally recognized Welding License according to UNI EN 9606 and UNI EN 287 standards.
The Welder's License is the most important certification a welder can aspire to, it is necessary for job search, to participate in State or Armed Forces calls and also to take jobs if you are self-employed. The Welder ' s License or Welder's Patent if taken privately is nominal and personal and if specially renewed is valid for life.
Today the Welders License is Required
It is the first thing companies ask for before hiring you; it is even required by law for many engineering sectors and types of production, such as refineries, petrochemical, construction, pharmaceutical and energy plant engineering, shipbuilding, etc.
Welding Patent Validity
They are recognized only if they are issued by Authorized National Certifying Body, the Welder' s Patent is not to be confused with the various and of little value certificates of attendance, certificates of participation and patents in general issued by Schools, Private Technical Institutes or Companies or even worse simple private individuals. Our Welder Training Center, through the Welder's Course, prepares you to pass the Welding License exam issued by the best Italian Certification Body.

TIG Welder Course
Our TIG Welder Course with issuance of the TIG Welding License
The TIG Welder's License is valid and recognized internationally, in fact the training follows the international standard UNI EN ISO 4063 - 141 and the U.S. standard GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Weldin). The TIG Welder Course teaches you how to TIG weld professionally. The TIG Welder is widely used in Metalmechanical companies building and assembling chemical, energy, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food plants, for the construction of aqueducts, oil and gas pipelines, in refineries, platforms, etc.
TIG welding is called "TUNGSTEN INERT GAS."
It is a welding process whose heat necessary to melt the flaps and filler material, if any, is produced by an electric arc that strikes between an electrode that does not melt and the workpiece. Because the electrode does not melt, a rod (or wire) must be used to deposit the filler material, it can be used for welding small elements or thin thicknesses without filler material. The protective atmosphere required to allow the arc to operate and to prevent contamination of the bath by elements contained in the environment is provided by an inert gas (usually pure argon tributary from the flashlight). The most common TIG welding applications are manual, although robotic versions exist. Given the particular stability of the arc, the small size of the heat source, and the possibility of using without depositing filler material, the TIG process is widely used for making high-quality welds on heat-sensitive materials. TIG welding, is widely used to weld small thicknesses (all TIG) or for larger thicknesses to make the first TIG pass of the workpiece and then given the limited productivity of TIG the filling of the joint with electrode welding is carried out. For the very reason that many times a TIG weld needs the electrode filler welds, it is recommended that you choose a course that teaches you how to weld by both TIG and Electrode. Below are our TIG Welding courses:
- TIG welder course 80 hours in 15 intense days of welding
- TIG + Electrode Welder Course 140 hours in 30 days of welding, it is the most in-demand in the working world
Electrode Welder Course
Our Electrode Welder Course for the issuance of the Electrode Welding License
Our Electrode Welding Course for Electrode Welder License, is valid and internationally recognized, as it has a Welder Training program and a welding exam that follows the international welding standards EN 287/ISO 9606.
Electrode Welding
Coated-electrode arc welding is a manual autogenous welding process that takes advantage of the heat generated by an arc that strikes between a fusible coated electrode and the workpiece. This process is one of the most commonly used in welding, mainly because of the advantage of its versatility. Indeed, it allows joints to be made in any position, welding in the shop or in confined and confined areas (e.g., double bottoms of ships, inside of equipment, internal parts of structures) and even, with some precautions against drafts and rain, in the Shipyard. When the generator is not easily transportable, power cables can be long enough and still be easily handled. With Electrode Welding almost all ferrous and nonferrous metals are welded; it is not recommended for aluminum and copper, while zinc, lead, tin, titanium cannot be welded at all. The operational limitations of the process consist of limited productivity, since each worn electrode must be replaced with a new one and slag must be removed from the deposited metal after each pass.
Our Electrode Welder Course is 80 intensive hours of welding in 15 days.
Mig Mag Continuous Wire Welder Course
Our Mig Mag Continuous Wire Welder Course, with International Welding License
Our Continuous Wire Welding Course has a training program and a final exam for Continuous Wire Welder License that follows the international standard UNI EN ISO 4063: 2001.
Continuous Wire Welding
Continuous Wire Welding represents one of the most widely applied welding processes, mainly because of the high productivity that is achieved due to the high currents and the large amount of material that can be deposited continuously and without interruption. Continuous Wire Arc Welding is a set of welding processes in which heat is generated by an arc striking between a fusible wire and the workpiece. The Wire performs both the function of an electrode and the function of contributing material to the joint, as the passage of current causes it to melt and it is continuously fed into the welding zone by means of a gun. Such Wire can be "solid" or "cored." The protective atmosphere necessary to enable operation and to prevent contamination of the bath by air can be provided by a gas tributary to the flashlight ( welding with gas protection) or directly by the flux cored wire, as is also the case with coated electrodes (welding without gas protection). This welding process can also be employed either in semiautomatic mode, when the welder handles the flashlight, or in automatic or robotic mode , when the flashlight is moved through appropriate systems (motorized beams, welding robots etc.).
Our Mig Mag Continuous Wire Welder Course lasts for 100 hours in 20 intensive welding days.

What is Welding?
Welding is the process of joining two pieces into one,Welding can be done by different processes and machinery, depending on the specifications required by the project. Thefirst essential activity to be carried out before welding is caulking, which is the preparation of the 2 edges of the joint to be welded .If the 2 joint flaps are heated to the point of fusing together with the input of a homogeneous material, it is called Autogenous Welding, while if a heterogeneous filler material is fused on the 2 joint flaps, it is called Heterogeneous Welding.
For perfect welding, the joint to be welded must be protected from oxidation and slag by oxygen deprivation. For more complex welding jobs, heat treatment is usually carried out, which removes internal stresses due to the cooling of the workpiece post-welding. New welding machines allow welding of many materials: steel, aluminum, copper, cast iron, etc. Welding, may have defects and they may have been caused by several factors: by the welder, materials used, or techniques performed. Among the various welding defects we have: Notches, cracks, sticking, blowholes, porosity, lack of penetration, etc.
