Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data"), the processing of personal information about you will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights. Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and in relation to the personal data of which we will come into possession, we inform you of the following:

NATURE OF PROVISION OF DATA - CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL OF CONSENT
The provision of personal data is strictly necessary for the purpose 1 any refusal by the person concerned to provide such data will result in the impossibility of registration to the site. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 grants the person concerned the exercise of specific rights, such as:the right to obtain from the data controller confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her and the provision of such data in intelligible form;
the right to know the origin of the data, the logic and purposes on which their processing is based;
the right to obtain the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as the updating, rectification or, if the data subject is interested, the integration of such data
the right to object in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of one's personal data even if pertinent to the purpose of collection
the right to object in whole or in part to the processing envisaged for the purposes of commercial information or sending advertising material.
The rights referring to personal data concerning deceased persons, may be exercised by anyone who has an interest therein. In the exercise of the rights under Article 7, the interested party may grant, in writing, proxy or power of attorney to individuals or associations. Requests ex art. 7 Dlgs n.196/2003 may be forwarded to the address of the owner and co-owners through the email addresses below.
DURATION OF TREATMENT
The processing will have a duration no longer than necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected (10 years from registration), however, if the data subject considers, for any reason, that the purpose of the processing has been exhausted, he/she should send a formal request, to the address of the owner
